Printing Processes
Half Price Tees employs several state-of-the art printing processes depending on the specific job application. Traditional screen printing, heat transfer, digital heat transfers, cold fusion, photographic transfer, and CAD-Cut vinyl graphics are all printing methods employed at Half Price Tees.
Pricing for screen printing is based on the following variables:
1) Cost of garment being screen printed.
2) Number of colors in the screen printed design (or size of the design for digital processes).
3) The size of the imprints.
4) Number of screen print locations.
5) Quantity of garments in the production run.
Half Price Tees requires vector-based artwork for new multi-color screen printing jobs. Vector art includes Adobe Illustator (AI), Vector EPS (EPS), Vector PDF (PDF), Freehand (FH), or CorelDraw (CDR) formats. For 1-color jobs, we can accept hi-resolution pixel art such as PSD, PNG JPEG and TIFF files provided they meet our minimum resolution requirement of 300 DPI.
If you cannot supply vector-based or hi-resolution pixel artwork, Half Price Tees offers full graphic artist services such as vector conversion. art cleanup, color separation service, etc, for an additional one-time fee.
